The hotel has shopping center with gift shops and permanent exhibition of paintings by Veliko Turnovo artists, beauty salon, hairdresser and 24 hours two-level guarded parking. Budget Rent-a-car services are also available.

For fine dining, visit the Tsarevets Restaurant with seating for up to 220 people, offering Bulgarian and European cuisine. Also available is the a la carte restaurant, Pliska, with seating for up to 100 people, The Preslav Barbecue Restaurant, and a day & night bar.

Late check out policy:
For cancellation of reservation - till 7 days prior the day of arrival for groups and 24 hours for individual tourists.
No fee is charged if the reservation is cancelled 14 days before the arrival date. Cancelled within 14 days before arrival will result in a 2 nights charge.
Failure to show up will result in a charge of the whole amount for the reservation.
Please note: Your reservation will be charged to your credit card 7 days prior to arrival.

Policy on children staying with parents:
Childern from 2 till 12 years of age - 50 % discount.
For groups - each 21st tourist - free of charge.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation up to 3 days prior to arrival: BGN 20.00 (approx. 10.20 EUR) administration charge.
Cancellation within 3 days prior to arrival: First night will be charged.
Non-Arrival / No Show: One night will be charged.
